Vous intégrerez notre Pôle IT au sein d’une équipe dédiée aux produits digitaux. Votre mission sera d’assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des solutions qui vous seront confiées, tout en garantissant une satisfaction utilisateur optimale. En tant que Responsable d’Application, vos missions seront les suivantes: Assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des produits digitaux, avec un focus sur la satisfaction utilisateur. Suivre et piloter l’activité: Partager des indicateurs clés. Mettre en place des plans d’actions préventives et correctives. Gérer les demandes d’évolutions et de service, tout en respectant les SLAs. Travailler en collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe IT (Product Owner, développeurs, Responsables d’Applications).…
