Le/La Responsable Relation Client Couture garantit l’excellence de l’expérience client et la gestion opérationnelle des salons de Couture de la Maison. Il/Elle incarne l’élégance et l’excellence de l’univers Couture, en créant des relations uniques et durables avec chaque cliente et en veillant à offrir un accompagnement personnalisé tout au long de leur parcours. RESPONSABILITES 1. Connaissance Client et préparation des rendez-vous Préparer chaque rendez-vous en collaboration avec la filiale invitante afin de nourrir la connaissance client (compréhension fine du profil, de la sensibilité, des attentes et des préférences de la cliente). Anticiper les besoins spécifiques des clientes Couture (hospitalité, confort, discrétion).…
