Positionnement: Le Responsable Projets Retail et Excellence Opérationnelle du Faubourg est rattaché au Directeur(rice) des Opérations, lui-même rattaché au Directeur du Magasin. Il fait partie du collectif d’encadrement du magasin. Vous êtes le lien entre le magasin, la Direction des opérations HDF (structure) et la Direction IT HDF. Vous identifiez les axes d’amélioration, challengez l’existant, dans une logique de co-construire avec les équipes du terrain. Vous contribuez à la performance du magasin.
