Vos responsabilités • Assister la manager dans la gestion quotidienne du rayon (implantations, commandes, stocks, promotions, saisonnalités). • Garantir la bonne tenue du rayon et la mise en avant des produits selon les standards Intermarché. • Participer à l’analyse des performances commerciales et proposer des actions pour développer le chiffre d’affaires. • Encadrer, motiver et former une petite équipe pour assurer une qualité de service optimale. • Veiller au respect des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et des procédures internes. • Participer activement aux opérations commerciales et à la relation client sur le terrain.
