About this job

About the role The Strategic Project Manager role is Homa's program for exceptional talent. We hire bright, ambitious people from different backgrounds and deploy them where they can have the most impact. You'll work directly with our Chief of Staff, the C-level team, and the leaders of the teams you're deployed to. You'll own projects end to end, with full ownership and autonomy: framing the problem, finding the solution, and driving real, measurable impact. You won't be a support function. You'll be a strategic contributor. How it works Deployed where it matters most. Based on your strengths and the company's priorities, you'll be embedded in one team or several, on the projects that matter most right now. Missions of different lengths.
