Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Boutique Manager expérimenté(e) et passionné(e) pour rejoindre l’équipe Buccellati au sein de notre prestigieuse boutique de la rue Saint-Honoré à Paris. Assister la Boutique Manager dans la gestion et le pilotage quotidien des opérations de la boutique. En conformité avec les politiques de l'entreprise et les directives de la Direction Retail, assurer une gestion opérationnelle efficace des tâches managériales dédiées (gestion des effectifs, planification des plannings et rotations d'équipes, traitement des requêtes et réclamations clients) afin d'optimiser la qualité de service et de maximiser la satisfaction client.
