Your Mission As the Product Manager for Post-booking, you will shape the experience passengers have after making a booking, from managing their trips to getting the help they need before, during and after their journey. You will make post-booking a clear, reliable and useful part of the end-to-end BlaBlaCar experience across carpooling, bus and train. You will help passengers feel informed and in control, while reducing friction for our Customer Relationship Teams (CRT) and supporting the growth of our multimodal marketplace. You will co-lead the Post-booking squad with an Engineering Manager and work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Relationship and our supply stakeholders.…
