Rattaché·e à la Direction des Systèmes d'Information (DSI) et membre de la "Senior Management Team" de la DSI, vous garantissez la fiabilité, la sécurité et l’évolution de l’infrastructure et des services techniques au siège comme sur le terrain. Vous participez pleinement aux orientations et au pilotage d’ensemble de la DSI. Vos enjeux: · Bâtir un socle technique robuste, sécurisé et durable · Rationaliser et industrialiser l’infrastructure, dont l’arbitrage SaaS ⇄ On-Premise · Maîtriser les coûts sous contrainte de ressources · Améliorer la qualité de service pour environ 3 500 collaborateurs dans plusieurs pays (SLA, satisfaction, support « follow the sun ») · Structurer et rendre progressivement autonome la filière IT terrain (environ 50 IT Managers et IT Officers) · Renforcer la…
