⚡ NOTRE ÉQUIPE CUSTOMER OPERATIONS L’équipe Customer Operations accompagne les établissements de santé dans le déploiement et l’usage des solutions Lifen. Son travail conditionne une adoption durable: comprendre l’organisation de chaque client, coordonner les parties prenantes et faire avancer les projets jusqu’à leur mise en service. En tant que Project Manager, tu piloteras des déploiements auprès de grands comptes, notamment des groupements hospitaliers de territoire (GHT). Tu seras le point de repère côté Lifen pour structurer le projet, donner de la visibilité aux clients et lever les obstacles avec les équipes internes. 🎯 CE QUE TU FERAS CHEZ NOUS - Cartographier les établissements, les services concernés et leurs besoins pour cadrer chaque déploiement.…
