Nous recherchons les talents d’un(e) Assistant(e) Campaign Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe CRM à l’occasion d’un stage d’une durée de 6 mois à partir de Janvier 2027. Ce poste est basé à Paris (75). Rattaché(e) à l’équipe CRM, vos principales responsabilités seront: La création et la gestion de nos campagnes CRM omnicanales (Newsletters, SMS, Push notifications, communications in-app et WhatsApp); L’analyse, le monitoring et l’optimisation des KPIs CRM au global; Le benchmark et la veille concurrentielle des meilleures pratiques du marché; L’excellence opérationnelle, notamment dans la coordination intra et inter-équipes.
