The role Dust is growing fast, and we want every person who joins us to feel welcome, supported, connected and able to do their best work. As our People Experience Manager, you'll shape how people experience Dust, from their first day and the moments that bring us together to the way our offices in Paris, London, New York and San Francisco support the team. We're looking for someone who is operationally excellent and creatively ambitious. You'll handle the details carefully, and you'll also look for ways to make the employee experience much better. One day you might be redesigning part of onboarding, the next planning a company offsite, acting on survey feedback, or working with a site lead to improve one of our offices.
