Dans le cadre d’un remplacement de congé maternité, et sous la responsabilité de la Directrice des Librairies de la Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain, le Responsable de la Librairie (H/F) est en charge de la gestion administrative et de l’exploitation opérationnelle de la Librairie de la Fondation et de son e-shop. COMMENT ALLEZ-VOUS AVOIR UN IMPACT? Management et animation d'équipe · Encadre et anime l’équipe des Conseillers de vente en Librairie au quotidien (animation des points d’équipe hebdomadaires, suivi des plannings, gestion du temps de travail). · Assure une présence opérationnelle sur le terrain en tant que Conseiller de vente en librairie (1,5 jour par semaine et en renfort ponctuel si nécessaire).…
