On génère des milliers de leads par semaine, en continu, sur plusieurs verticales. Pour renforcer notre équipe talentueuse, on recherche un expert Meta Ads qui a déjà tout vu, tout testé, et qui peut prouver ce qu'il avance. Vos missions Tu pilotes la performance sur différents comptes clients: des budgets conséquents, plusieurs verticales, des cycles evergreen et des lancements. Tu as à ta disposition une équipe de creative strategists, des media buyers assistants, et des outils d'automatisation pour les tâches chronophages. Tu te concentres sur la stratégie et les décisions. Comprendre les mécaniques full funnel et savoir où ça bloque. Optimiser en continu les métriques clés: CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV. Identifier rapidement les leviers de scaling. Savoir quand scaler fort, et quand couper.…
