The Labor and Employee Relations Manager France provides employee relations guidance and case management support to associates, leaders, and HR partners. This role ensures employee relations matters are managed consistently, compliantly, and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws. The position manages a diverse caseload of employee relations matters and serves as a key liaison between the Life Sciences Platform, Operating Companies, works council and employee representative bodies and Danaher's Global Labor & Employee Relations Center of Excellence (COE), the Danaher Compliance Team and Danaher L&E Legal team if required.…
