Dans le cadre du développement de notre rayon Boucherie Libre-Service, nous recherchons un(e) Manager Boucherie LS passionné(e), dynamique et orienté(e) résultats. Vos missions Sous la responsabilité de la Direction, vous assurez la gestion complète du rayon Boucherie Libre-Service: Piloter l'activité commerciale du rayon et développer le chiffre d'affaires. Garantir l'attractivité du rayon (implantation, merchandising, promotions). Assurer la gestion des commandes, des stocks et des approvisionnements. Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène, de traçabilité et de sécurité alimentaire. Analyser les indicateurs de performance et mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires à l'atteinte des objectifs.…
