We are looking for a GMA Contract Manager to come onboard in our Customer Support and reinforce a team of 7 collaborators! Career Path: Account Management Your Mission Develop customer satisfaction: Manage & develop relationship with customers from your portfolio, support the customer in the different steps of the life of its contracts (start, termination…). Be the main point of contact for GMA related topics. Coordinate and monitor the different processes to be followed by internal operational departments. Manage contractual commitments: Identify deviations, abuse, default or breach from the contract and build a strategy and action plan to recover operational and financial performance.…
