VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS MISSIONS Le Responsable Transformation des opérations Connaissance client (F/H) garantit l’efficacité, la qualité et la performance des activités opérées, tout en contribuant à l’amélioration continue du dispositif et à son évolution vers le modèle cible. Dans le cadre du Programme Stratégique Connaissance Client, AXA France dispose d’un dispositif opérationnel permettant la mise en conformité KYC des clients PP et PMO d’AXA France composé de plusieurs cellules d’assistance et de contrôle. Ces cellules jouent un rôle clé dans la sécurisation opérationnelle, la performance, la conformité et l’amélioration continue du dispositif. Le poste est rattaché au pilier Animation du dispositif, un des 4 piliers du programme.…
