En tant que Senior Project Manager en Project & Cost Management au sein de notre pôle Property & Investment, vous serez responsable de la gestion opérationnelle d'un ou plusieurs projets en parallèle, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient livrés dans les délais, dans le budget et avec la qualité attendue pour garantir la satisfaction client. Le pôle P&I couvre des projets de toutes tailles dans les secteurs de l’hôtellerie, des bureaux, du résidentiel, du coliving, de la logistique ou du retail. Il peut s'agir de construction neuve ou de rénovation à la fois pour le compte de clients, investisseurs mais aussi d’utilisateurs, pour la plupart internationaux. La pratique de l’anglais est essentielle. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos clients pour comprendre leurs besoins.…
