We’re looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition to join our People team at Pigment! You’ll be part of a close-knit team of 3 dedicated to Talent Acquisition and a manager, focusing on our R&D department (Engineering, Product) and IT & Security. Together, we aim to build an outstanding candidate journey and attract the brightest talents to help Pigment thrive. What you'll do Headhunt top talent for our Engineering, Product, IT, and Security teams by understanding needs, sourcing proactively, and reaching out to great profiles. Assess candidates through screening applications and the all hiring process until the onboarding for the roles you own.
