The role We are looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to own and improve the systems, processes and operational foundations behind our People function, across all of our markets. You will own the core People Operations scope: payroll, HRIS, contracts, compliance, benefits, employee lifecycle operations, immigration, people data and our HR tooling. But this is not simply a role about running existing processes - your job is to make them better. You will build the people workflows, automation, documentation and self-service mechanisms that allow Photoroom to keep moving quickly as we grow, without creating unnecessary complexity.
