We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team to be based in our Antwerp office. This role would require a relocation to Belgium. The Role The Customer Success Manager role will cover a wide range of account management, onboarding, and client growth tasks, as it liaises with the Delivery, Sales, and Product teams. The Customer Success Manager will: Serve as the primary reference point for clients throughout their entire lifecycle with MotorK, taking full account management ownership. Own the customer onboarding journey from contract signature to successful product go-live, ensuring product activation aligns with the dealer’s digital strategy and signed SLA.…
