Au sein de la direction Corporate Operations (200 personnes), qui pilote l'ensemble du SI RH & Finance, notre équipe SI RH est au cœur d'une transformation d'envergure internationale: l'implémentation globale de Workday dans tous les pays Decathlon. Nous gérons un écosystème de produits critiques (Core RH, Talent, Recrutement, Paie) avec pour ambition de concilier excellence opérationnelle locale et rationalisation globale.
