CONTEXTE Le VM manager France incarne et pilote une communauté d’expert VM, réparti sur l’ensemble des magasins du réseau, afin d’offrir un environnement inspirant et harmonieux aux visiteurs/clients, capable de surprendre tout au long de l’année, y compris lors des périodes de forte affluence. Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Merchandising France, il/elle s’assure de la cohérence, qualité et expression singulière des offres produits. Il/elle se porte garant des standards VM groupe, de l’identité visuelle de chaque magasin et veille à ce qu’elle soit incarnée avec exigence, créativité et constance, sur l’ensemble des espaces, permettant à chaque magasin d’atteindre ses objectifs commerciaux.…
