We are looking for a Change Manager to join the AXA Partners Change & Operations Improvement team. What you’ll be doing: You will work to drive faster adoption, reach ultimate utilisation and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organisation to increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. You will deliver develop and manage the change roadmap and plan to ensure structured implementation, create and execute communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged, design and deliver training programs to support adoption, assess the impacts and risks of change initiatives, and monitor user adoption and engagement to drive successful and sustained change.…
