Encadrer et animer son équipe de techniciens, tant individuellement que collectivement (réunions d’équipe, entretiens individuels) Superviser les interventions terrain, assister les techniciens sur les dossiers techniques complexes et les accompagner régulièrement en clientèle Fixer les objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs, suivre la performance, la productivité et la qualité de service Piloter les indicateurs métier Plus que le diplôme, nous recherchons une expérience confirmée dans le management d’équipes techniques, avec une réelle proximité terrain et une capacité à accompagner les collaborateurs au quotidien.
