VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS MISSIONS 1. Définir et piloter la stratégie de communication autour de la démarche "Pensons Client": Concevoir un plan de communication pour valoriser les succès de la démarche et renforcer la culture client, à travers des actions de sensibilisation destinées aux collaborateurs et managers. Déployer ce plan en multipliant les initiatives: campagnes sur écrans et supports POP, sagas "Pensons Client", conférences inspirantes, etc. Organiser et orchestrer le Customer Day, en assurant la préparation, l’animation le jour J et le retour d’expérience, tout en pilotant le budget, les contenus et les intervenants. Suivre l’impact de la communication pour ajuster les actions en fonction des résultats.…
