Au sein de la Direction de l’Ingénierie Système, vous intégrez le secteur Ground Master Radar (GMR). Ce secteur dynamique et polyvalent a pour mission de concevoir et développer les radars de surveillance de demain, tout en faisant évoluer les produits existants pour répondre à un environnement client en constante mutation. Dans ce contexte, vous prenez la responsabilité du pôle Intégration, Vérification, Validation et Qualification (IVVQ). Vous assurez le management en direct et en indirect d'une équipe d'environ 70 collaborateurs (profils IVVQ et IVVQM), en vous appuyant sur des relais de proximité. Ces activités sont menées de bout en bout, en co-ingénierie avec les équipes d'Ingénierie Système, et en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement (Hardware et Software),…
