Supplier Resource Development Proactively plan and conduct supplier scouting to build a diversified supplier resource pool for administrative/logistics services. Identify, qualify, and certify potential suppliers into the official vendor list, ensuring sufficient capacity and backup to sustain normal business operations. Continuously integrate and optimize supplier resources to meet evolving business needs. 2.
