Explore your future career 🔭 Malt is scaling up fast and we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager, that will focus on salary bands, benefits, pay plans, and compensation reviews, reporting to the Performance & Compensation & Benefits Director As Compensation & Benefits Manager you'll focus. on: Compensation Structure Management: Design, implement, and maintain the company's salary banding and grading structure to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Conduct job evaluations and market pricing against industry standards. Annual Compensation Reviews: Lead the annual compensation review cycle (including salary increases, bonuses, and equity grants ). Partner with leadership and HRBPs to ensure fair, consistent, and budget-aligned pay plan administration.…
