Responsibility / leadership for the Feasibility, Development, Tender, and Construction phases. Management of external teams (consultants and contractors). Communication, reporting & coaching Clear, concise, and rigorous reporting to management (quality, budget, planning, risks, and resolution management). Transversal management. Collaboration with local SDP teams in the market and sharing best practices. Collaborate with commercial, finance, network development, legal, real estate, and procurement departments.
