KEY RESPONSIBILITIES I. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Construction of the boutique network in Europe Participates in the renovation of a network of approximately 60 boutiques according to the latest concept. Responsibility / leadership for the Feasibility, Development, Tender, and Construction phases. Management of external teams (consultants and contractors). Communication, reporting & coaching Clear, concise, and rigorous reporting to management (quality, budget, planning, risks, and resolution management). Transversal management. Collaboration with local SDP teams in the market and sharing best practices. Collaborate with commercial, finance, network development, legal, real estate, and procurement departments. Participation in construction department meetings and seminars.…
