Vos principales missions Assurer la gestion complète du rayon Fromage en garantissant l'atteinte des objectifs de chiffre d'affaires, de marge et de rentabilité. Piloter les commandes, les approvisionnements et la gestion des stocks afin d'assurer une disponibilité optimale des produits. Veiller à la bonne réception des marchandises, au contrôle des livraisons, à la rotation des produits et au respect des DLC. Garantir une présentation attractive du rayon grâce à des implantations soignées, un merchandising efficace et des mises en avant commerciales adaptées. Superviser la préparation, la découpe, le conditionnement et la mise en rayon des produits dans le respect des normes de qualité.…
