Au sein du Centre de Services Partagés de Nantes regroupant les services juridique, comptabilité, fiscalité, trésorerie, achats, paie & administration du personnel pour les 250 entités Eurofins et 480 sites en France, le Service Juridique recherche un Stagiaire - Juriste Droit des Affaires. MISSIONS Rattaché(e) au pôle Droit des Affaires, et en collaboration avec les juristes du pôle, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes: Droit des contrats Revue de contrats, en anglais et en français: contrats de prestations de services, conditions particulières de vente, NDA, en appliquant les process internes Mise en place de cartographie de contrats clients Droit immobilier Rédaction et mise à jour des contrats de location et sous-locations internes.…
