Nous recrutons au sein de la Direction juridique de la société SIKA France un juriste - droit des affaires, généraliste - ayant une expérience professionnelle de minimum huit (8) ans en tant que juriste d’entreprise pour un poste en CDI. Au sein de la Direction juridique, et basé sur notre siège au Bourget, vos missions sont notamment les suivantes: Participer au conseil des équipes internes sur des problématiques juridiques, Analyser, rédiger et suivre divers types de contrats (contrats de distribution, commerciaux, baux commerciaux, prestation de services, achats, etc), Développer une culture juridique auprès des différents services, Suivre le développement du programme de Compliance, Gérer le suivi du contentieux et précontentieux en étant l’interface avec les cabinets de conseil,…
