About the Role Mistral AI's corporate legal team is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join our growing legal function in Paris. This is a newly created role designed to centralize and streamline the administrative backbone of our corporate legal operations as we scale internationally. This is a high-autonomy role. You will own several critical workstreams end-to-end — from KYC and entity housekeeping to cap table management and contract administration — and you will be expected to exercise sound judgment, escalate when needed, and drive automation wherever possible.
