Détails de la Mission La Direction Juridique recherche un(e) stagiaire en droit international des affaires (contrats commerciaux) à partir de juillet 2027. Il ou elle aura pour principales missions: Analyse, rédaction, en français et en anglais, de tous types d’accords commerciaux: contrat de fourniture, de distribution, d’agent, accord de confidentialité, de fourniture, d'achat de biens et services etc... Recherches juridiques et rédaction de notes sur des points juridiques précis. Veille juridique, participation à des groupes de travail. Profil Recherché Vous êtes élève avocat, en Master 2 de droit des affaires, ou en dernière année d’école de commerce en complément d’études juridiques, à la recherche de votre stage de fin d’études.…
