VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS MISSIONS Nous recherchons un stagiaire élève avocat en fiscalité pour intégrer l’équipe Fiscalité Corporate & Taxes d’AXA France composée de 7 personnes. Principales responsabilités & activités du poste Analyse et conseil fiscaux à l’ensemble des Directions (opérationnelles, des investissements, comptable, Corporate finance, etc.) tant en matière d’IS, de TVA, de retenues à la source etc. o sur des projets complexes à dimension nationale et/ou internationale de type opérations de restructuration o sur des questions courantes Aide sur les contrôles et les contentieux fiscaux Fiscalité internationale: o Analyse des mécanismes d’IS et de TVA relatifs aux opérations internationales (conventions fiscales, territorialité de l’IS, services intragroupe, traitements des flux…
