Au sein de l’équipe « Legal » de PwC Société d’Avocats, vous intègrerez le bureau de Strasbourg qui compte une dizaine d'avocats juristes et fiscalistes. Sous l’encadrement d’avocats confirmés, vous interviendrez sur des thématiques liées principalement au droit des sociétés pour notre clientèle composée de PME-ETI, de groupes internationaux et d'acteurs du monde du capital investissement. Vos missions: Vous participerez à l'accompagnement de nos clients dans leurs différentes opérations: M&A: Due diligences, rédaction de SPA, garanties de passif, pactes d’actionnaires LBO, levées de fonds, Management Package, émissions de valeurs mobilières complexes Droit des sociétés: opérations de haut de bilan (augmentation / réduction de capital, TUP, fusion, APA, etc.), corporate Notes juridiques,…
