Détails de la Mission Notre Direction Juridique recherche un(e) juriste stagiaire en M&A pour un stage de 6 mois à partir de Juillet 2027. Nous proposons de participer à la gestion des opérations d’acquisition et de cession du groupe Arkema (majoritairement dans le cadre d’opérations à l’international): Rédaction et négociation de NDAs, Letters of Intent, offres fermes, contrats d’acquisition /cession de titres ou d’actifs, assurances de garanties d’actifs et de passifs, actes juridiques variés Rédaction et négociation de contrats commerciaux et ancillaires dans le cadre des opérations d’acquisition et cession (contrat de fourniture de produits, contrat de tolling, contrat d’opérating, contrat de prestations de services, etc.) Participation aux opérations de due diligence Gestion de…
