VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS MISSIONS Dans le cadre de sa campagne de stage, AXA France recherche un Juriste sinistres contentieux (F/H) en stage PPI. Vous avez pour missions: - Instruire/gérer, dans la limite des pouvoirs délégués, un portefeuille de dossiers sinistres contentieux; - Apporter, dans le respect des engagements, un service de qualité aux assurés, tiers, intermédiaires. Vous prendrez en charge les réclamations clients et vous aurez la responsabilité de: - Analyser les garanties, les aspects techniques/juridiques des sinistres; - Prendre position dans le respect des conventions; - Analyser/instruire les dossiers judiciaires; - Initialiser/conduire/suivre jusqu’à leur terme les procédures judiciaires en préparant l’argumentation des avocats; - Identifier la stratégie la mieux adaptée,…
