Role Summary We are looking for an Anti-Corruption & Trade Compliance Legal Counsel to play a central role in the building, development and operation of Mistral AI's corporate compliance framework, with a particular focus on anti-corruption, economic sanctions and export controls. Reporting to the Lead Anti-Corruption & Trade Compliance, the position offers genuine build-from-scratch ownership of core policies, processes and tools. It combines programme development, day-to-day compliance operations and cross-functional advisory work. The role involves close collaboration with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Security, and Product and Engineering to translate legal requirements into clear, proportionate and auditable processes.…
