Legal Counsel – Corporate & Contracts at AXA Partners Location: Malakoff | Type: Permanent (CDI) Join our team as a Legal Counsel (Corporate & Contracts) and support AXA Partners’ legal team in overseeing corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and international contract negotiations for a global group of companies. What you’ll be doing: Key Responsibilities: Corporate Governance: Oversee the corporate governance of approximately 70 entities worldwide, including the Board of Directors and General Meetings. Prepare schedules, notices, agendas, proxies, and supporting materials for meetings. Draft meeting minutes and handle legal formalities such as updating corporate registration extracts, filing annual accounts, legalization, and apostilles.…
