Rattaché·e au pôle juridique, tu seras garant.e de la santé financière des copropriétés. Grâce à nos outils d'automatisation performants, tu te concentres sur le pilotage stratégique des dossiers et la résolution des cas complexes. Tes responsabilités: Pilotage du recouvrement amiable: Gérer les relances (mail/téléphone) sur les dossiers à forte valeur ajoutée et négocier des protocoles d'accord. Gestion du contentieux technique: Constituer et piloter les dossiers de procédures judiciaires en lien étroit avec les avocats, huissiers … Expertise Process: Analyser et optimiser nos workflows automatisés pour gagner en efficacité sur le traitement des impayés.…
