About this job

L’équipe fiscale du groupe Real Estate, Hospitality & Infrastructure, composée d’une dizaine de personnes, conseille des investisseurs étrangers et français sur leurs acquisitions, financements, restructurations et cessions de sociétés portant des actifs immobiliers loués ou exploités (tels que les actifs logistiques, hôteliers ou para-hôteliers, data centres, bureaux, etc.), ainsi que sur la fiscalité de la période de détention des actifs. L’équipe fait partie de la BU Deals de PwC Société d’Avocats, une équipe pluridisciplinaire, composée de spécialistes en matières juridique, fiscale et sociale. Vos missions: Conseil sur les aspects fiscaux des transactions avec un sous-jacent immobilier, impliquant régulièrement l’utilisation de véhicules réglementés (notamment OPPCI) ou régimes…
