Vous serez encadré et accompagné par votre tuteur, pour faire de vous un Professionnel et un véritable ambassadeur du mieux manger et de notre image de Producteurs & Commerçants auprès de nos clients. Vous effectuerez les transformations de produits (étêtage, levage des filets, vidage, etc.). Vous assurerez la présentation marchande des produits (théâtralisation, clarté des prix et de l’information, etc.) en respectant la réglementation spécifique au rayon (traçabilité, étiquetage, hygiène qualité).
