Vous serez encadré et accompagné par votre tuteur - Chef Boucher, qui vous transmettra son savoir et son expertise pour faire de vous un Professionnel et un véritable ambassadeur du métier de Boucher. Vous sélectionnerez les viandes et assurerez leur transformation (désossage, dégraissage, découpe) et leur conservation. Vous assurerez la présentation marchande des produits (théâtralisation, clarté des prix et de l’information, etc.) en respectant la réglementation spécifique au rayon (traçabilité, étiquetage, hygiène qualité).
