Description de poste: Intégré(e) au sein de la Direction Ressources Humaines, vous accompagnerez le HR Manager France Benelux & Monaco dans la gestion opérationnelle de ses missions. Principales Missions: Recrutement: Gestion du recrutement en autonomie (Publication des annonces, screening des CVs, préqualifications téléphoniques, participation aux entretiens) Onboarding: Préparer l'arrivée des nouveaux collaborateurs et faciliter leur intégration au sein de la Maison Participation à l'administration du personnel (dossiers d'embauche, lettres d'offres, programme VIE...) Préparation des newsletters et communication RH Participation au développement et à l'organisation des actions d'animation interne (évènements division, rédaction des notes d'organisation...)
