La/le stagiaire chargé(e) Ressources Humaines est rattaché(e) à la Responsable Emploi/Formation du site de Rennes et sera chargé(e) d'assister l'équipe Emploi/Formation du site et de collaborer aux missions suivantes: - Accompagner la formation en proposant un suivi des formations réalisées par rapport aux besoins exprimés - Assister le Responsable RH dans ses missions diverses telles que la gestion des recrutements intérimaires, le suivi de l'absentéisme - Rédaction de standards et processus RH et amélioration des processus en court - Participer aux réunions opérationnelles Vous êtes actuellement en Bac +3 Ressources Humaines et recherchez un stage d'une durée de 6 mois maximum sur la période de mars à août 2025.…
