-Assurer le suivi administratif du personnel: dossiers salariés, contrats de travail et documents administratifs. -Participer au processus de recrutement: rédaction et diffusion des offres d’emploi, suivi des candidatures et organisation des entretiens. -Contribuer à l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs. -Assurer le suivi des absences, des congés et des éléments variables nécessaires à la préparation de la paie. -Participer au suivi des formations et au développement des compétences des équipes. -Répondre aux demandes des collaborateurs concernant les démarches administratives liées à leur emploi. -Veiller au respect des procédures internes et de la réglementation sociale en vigueur -Formation en ressources humaines, gestion administrative ou domaine équivalent (Bac +2 souhaité)…
