Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en management des Ressources Humaines (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus Commercial sur son site de Blagnac. Vous rejoindrez le département « Ressources Humaines» en charge du suivi RH de proximité de la fonction Achat (environ 4000 collaborateurs) et Manufacturing Engineering (environ 750 collaborateurs). Votre stage consistera à travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos HRBPs (Human Resources Business Partner) de ces deux fonctions. Ce stage vous permettra de découvrir le cœur de la fonction RH et de participer activement à des projets d'envergure, tout en explorant l'intégration de l'intelligence artificielle (IA) dans nos processus.…
